As an engineering company we are always striving to explore new technolgies and push the boundaries with new ideas as well as developing tried and tested old ones. A result of this is that we have several development projects ongoing and a few in the pipeline - so watch this space.

2 Stroke Variable Exhaust Valve

Taking expansion chamber design a step further.

Ongoing development to get the "best of both worlds" in two stroke expansion chamber design by creating a variable system that will work at its optimum throughout the rev range.

RS125 Aprilia Servo controlled Powervalve

We currently have designed and tested a servo controlled powervalve system for the RS125 aprilia to replace the existing unreliable and crude solenoid system, together with the custom ignition we have made significant performance gains over the standard set-up.
